We embark on an exciting journey from Albuquerque, cruising three hours south to the stunning Leasburg State Park in New Mexico! This area is breathtaking! Our first evening is a treat as we indulge in a delicious dinner at a local bar and grill. The Rio Grande River flows through this park, offering a spectacular mix of desert and woodland terrains! With a plethora of hiking trails, this park is a definite winner for us. While Mike is busy working, I take Enzo on an adventure, hiking and exploring all the amazing sights. After work, Mike and I dive into the wonders of the cactus garden, the observatory area, and the nature center. There's so much more to discover that we didn't get to, like the fascinating Fort Selden ruins & museum and the hiking trails on the mountain across from the park. Join us as we uncover the beauty of this incredible area!
